Who we are

Adonis builds AI agents for companies. The controller of your personal data is Adonis Developments. To ask a question or use any of the rights below, reply to any email you receive from us, for example your booking confirmation, and we will answer within one month.

When you visit this website

Our host, Vercel, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure, and keeps these server logs only for a short time. Our fonts and scripts are served from our own site, so opening a page sends nothing to Google or other font or script providers. Advertising tags from LinkedIn and Meta stay off unless you accept them; see our cookie policy.

What we collect when you book a call

Your name, your work email, your company website, what you would like an agent to take over, any note you add, whether you ticked the box to hear from us, and the details of the booking (date, time and time zone). If you arrived through a link with campaign tags (for example from an ad), we also receive those tags and the page you came from.

How we prepare for the call

We look up public information about your company, such as its website, size, industry and recent news. An AI model helps us summarise it and gives an internal estimate of how well we can help, so we come with the right questions. A person reviews it, and it is never used to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare and hold the call, and follow up on it personally. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Only if you ticked the box: we send you occasional insights and offers by email, and we may show you relevant Adonis ads on social media by securely matching your email address with advertising platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying to us; this does not affect what happened before. We never sell your data.

If we contact you first

We contact business professionals about our services when they are relevant to their role. We take work contact details from public sources, such as company websites, and from business data providers such as Apollo.io: your name, job title, company, work email and public profile link. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Every message tells you how to opt out. If you do, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so we never write to you again. Where the law requires prior consent for business emails, for example in Germany, we do not send unsolicited emails.

Who processes it for us

Vercel (website hosting), Cal.com (scheduling), Tailscale (the secure connection to our own server, where we keep our records), Telegram (internal notifications to our team), OpenAI (AI summaries of public company information), Tavily and Exa (web search about companies), Apollo.io (business contact data) and Google (calendar and video calls). Only with your consent: our email service provider and advertising platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta. Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Booking enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you. People we contacted who did not reply: up to 12 months. The do-not-contact list: for as long as needed to respect your choice. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, and to correct, delete, restrict or transfer it, and you can object to how we use it, including to direct marketing at any time. Just email us. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Hungary the NAIH (naih.hu), in the UK the ICO (ico.org.uk), or the authority where you live or work.

Changes

When the way we use data changes, we update this notice. The date at the top shows the current version.
